Anime Logo and Tab Icon for Website -- 2

I’m looking for an Anime Artist to create a custom (must be) his or her own work for a Anime Comminity Website. My website is called: Anime Boot Camp I would like it to feature an Female Soilder (Similar to the examples attached in this project description). The female character should feature : a Female Solider that is shows basically from her breasts and up, featuring her holding a weapon in her hand. I like the logo example I have attached below within this project. The female solider will act as mascot for my website. Based on the typical DeviantArt and Instagram Artist: (Please price your submission accordingly). If you can justify your job costs, please provide examples of previous content you have created: mock up would score bonus points. If your previous works shows content/the style i’m looking for: I will contact you directly. Based on my previous experiences: I usually received 90% junk submission (I will reply to each project bid individually) This project has no time limit.
