It's a 60th Birthday celebration. The family are hiring a villa in Kapparis and would like the chef to bring his own ingredients to cook a 3 course meal for 6 adults and 1 child (4yo). There are no preferences on type of food but as we are in Cyprus some Cypriot dishes would be nice. It would be great if the chef could bring or recommend some wine to accompany the dishes. It is to be a relaxed affair with not too much formality.
