amazon s3 help

i signed up for amazon s3 to manage my files on the cloud (i am on a macbook air). however i need some help with: - how can i search buckets to locate files (as quickly as i can do with finder)? - what's the best tool to manage my files? mostly i would like to keep the files in the cloud because my hard drive is full and if I need to edit them from there without having to download the files each time. - creating/grabbing url links for sharing files that expire after some time as specified if possible. - any other tips/tricks useful for using amazon s3. this should take maybe 30 minutes or so is my guess to discuss and help me get set up properly.
