Joomla template styling + small changes

I've got a Joomla website, that need some changes.

As far as I can see, I need to have done the following changes:

1. My URL's has to be seo-friendly (app. there is some problems with those URL's and the suckermenu extension, that I am using). It works on almost all pages, exept a few menu items

2. I need some basic changes in my template:

+The topmenu has to be a little wider

+I need to get a fixed height for my left-side menu.

+And I need a couple of fixed image-sizes, that are css-coded, so I can just type style="picA/picB" and so on, an then they will be in the right dimensions.

3. I need to have a little done to my article listing. They need to be styled nicer. This should be pretty easy. They just have to be displayed so that every second article has a different color.

It would be perfect for me, if we were able to be in contact over skype, while you do the job for me. I know exactly what I want, but might have problems describing it in words. Therefore your english should be good, so we can speak together.

I don't mind paying a fair amount for the job. I think that it should take somewhere between 2 and 3 hours to do the job. Moreover you need to have good ratings, since you probably are going to need root access.
