Looking for someone who truly knows about random number generators, and can tell when a series of numbers is not suitable for cryptographic purposes. My background is physics, not math - and so I could use some help.

My generator is outputting excellent results as far as I can tell. Would prefer to know your opinion.

Willing to pay a small amount for someone to do NIST analysis or DieHard, or similar. I have heard that NIST is the new standard? Also willing to list you name as a collaborator on the development (if you desire).
