Dear sir, I am sorry but you most likely been infected with a ransomware (ie cryptowall) virus, all your files are encrypted and you either need to pay a fine to the hackers, either loose them. Hi. Seams to be the CTB-locker virus. You don't have any chances to recover your files. Is my opinion. My company has two computers with same problem. The only way is to do what you can find in a description located in two files, a jpg or bmp - I'm not sure, and in a txt file. Of course you need to pay, in bitcoin.
