Building A Birding Events List The Task Look for future birding events. Fill in a simple form for each event and e-mail it to me. Every state has about 20-50 annual events listed on the internet. Check that the event is not already in our database before you gather info about it. Copy and paste information or summarize it into the simple short form I provided in the attached Event Form file and e-mail it to me. A good place to look for events is on each state's Parks & Recreation website. Also state chapters of the Audubon Society often have lots of info about events. Or just do a search for birding events. I'll pay $75 for submitting 25 events. Here is what i need, 1. Correct info on USA birding festivals, birding field trips, or birding workshops 2. Often you can find missing info on other websites describing the same event. 3. E-mail or call the event sponsor for missing contact info, etc.. 4. You need gather text information only..no images. Submit 25 events occurring in any state or states. Complete the project within 30 days. This will be the first project. Then if you like the work we can work something out on a more permanent basis for future work. There are about 500 national recurring events not yet listed in our database so this could turn into several completed projects with excellent reviews for you. This work is easy with no special skill needed but it is time consuming. After your first few event listings you will find you can complete about 3-5 event forms per hour. So thats about $9-$15 PER HOUR. I do not have time to do it myself as I am running the rest of the website at [login to view URL] Attached please find Microsoft Word document. This has a completed sample event form filled out and a blank form. Fill out the blank form for each event and send it to me. I gather that. All of the information needed to complete the event on the link above was just copy and pasted from the Connecticut state parks website. Websites like us advertising their events for them at no charge. I use images from a photo bank which I pay for. Well that's it.
