Create a new recipe and update an existing for site

This project has two parts. The first is to update the content and images for an existing recipe on a website. The second part is to create a recipe article from scratch with images. The site for the content in question is being staged at https://www.staging1.organiclifetips.com. This is a re-design of an existing website https://www.organiclifetips.com. The staging site is currently unviewable to the general public. You will need to use the following id and password to view. id: stadmin pwd: stadmin1! . Please note you may need to enter this multiple times to get in. What I am looking for is to make the existing recipes social-media worthy and to add a new recipe that would fit with the theme and information on the site. So your task would be to update ONE of the existing recipe articles as well as creating one of your own. The content should be written similar format to the current [login to view URL] I'll provide the final formatting, but would want all the sections to be the same. Please use "your own voice" in the recipe intro. To show you've read this request, please begin your response with "Dear Requester" and provide what recipe article on the staging site you would update and then supply a recipe you would like to create from scratch. (The roasted potatoes and the hummus recipes are not available for re-write) Any responses that do not follow these instructions will be ignored. There is potential for more work for anyone who does an effective job as we'll be looking to update the existing recipes as well creating new ones in the future. Thank you.
