Ritu - A confused looking recruiter gets really frustrated after getting series of phone calls, emails, pings, linked/FB requests from job-seekers.
While discussing with job-seekers she received a high priority email from hiring manager saying very less number of applicants turn up as she promised. And those who come doesn't meet the criteria. The hiring manager literally warned her saying - What's going on? This is not acceptable! He added.
She is now fuming with frustration and wished she can hire an admin person / Jr. Recruiter who can at least take care of all her repetitive activities or mundane tasks so that she can stress on stuff that matters. She was now convinced that unless she gets an assistant she is not going to meet her target.
On the other hand, job applicants feeling really annoyed with the company as Ritu was not responding to their calls and emails. She was not even telling whats going on. Jobs applicants didn’t know what may happen next. They started venting their frustration about the company on Social Media discouraging others to apply. This was seriously affecting company's brand.

Feeling really frustrated, demotivated and stressed, she took a coffee break and called her friend Neha who was working for a different company but in similar role.
While Ritu was about to share her frustration, Neha interrupted in a very exciting voice/gesture saying she just received her performance bonus as she has exceeded her hiring targets. Intrigued by Neha's response Ritu said "really!". How this is possible? Neha said she hired Ira who is assisting her and taking care of all mundane stuff.
