Writer for ebook + forum posting + keyword articles

This is simple enough to explain, but will probably take a few days of work to really nail down. Must be a native english speaker for this one - I need a writer. Project is 3 parts: a. Write an ebook about [login to view URL] based on the source data that I provide, which is a combination of state documents, my own research, competing e-books, and non-competing but related ebooks. The final product will probably be about 30-40 pages. b. Once you write this, you'll be quite familiar with the process, so I then need to split off a few chapters as a giveaway i.e. part A i'll sell, part B is a giveaway so it needs to contiain some great tips but also sell A c. I need help launching a forum, which means making some fake posts based on real-world common questions. Getting to a forum with no activity is like getting to a party when nobody's there - we just want to seed the forum with some real conversations. I'll help, but this probably means just opening a few browser windows (firefox and explorer for example) and having a conversation with yourself about topics in A d. Ideally, i'd like to continue working with you on blog posts and keyword articles, since you'll know the content. Sooo, the exact task is: a.
