Hi, I hold discussions with people on the phone, asking questions and I then type notes as I hear the answer. The document then has rough notes in point like form. I need to turn this into a well written, edited report for the audience of the report. The phone call goes for 45 minutes and generates 3 A4 pages of notes equaling approximately 1500 words. The notes are rough and they need to be converted into clean bullet point style notes. The blank template is attached to give you an idea of the size. When I do it myself one report takes about 30 minutes to 45 minutes. I have 5 reports to do but there is ongoing need and more reports to come. The reports are sensitive and confidential and they must not be outsourced to another provider. Thanks for your interest.
