Transposition, ghostwriting of Beginner Triathlon E-book

I require a ghost writer to transpose content from 7 transcribed interviews and supplement this content with further research to write a beginner's guide to triathlon of approximately 100 pages (40,000 words). This will be a comprehensive guide covering general information, training, nutrition, psychology and racing.

It should be a very straight forwards job.

A majority of content will be derived from 7 interviews with triathlon coaches, which will be provided in text form and simply need to be transposed in to the book. I will also provide a very detailed text outline, although I expect some level of initiative in structure based on the writers own topic research.

Content will also be derived from the writer's own research from articles and websites I will provide, as well as sources they will find themselves.

**Recommended Background**

This book will be a very comprehensive guide to the sport of triathlon for beginner triathletes. Please see the attached outline of the text. It is strongly advisable that you have a background in endurance sport, or at least some understanding of training for swimming, cycling or running and the sports lifestyle.

**The Book Format**

The book will be approximately 150 pages of size 12, Times New Roman font and must be highly comprehensive and detailed. The technical level of the content must be written for beginner triathletes and be appropriate for their level of understanding. The level of information in the transcribed interviews that will be provided is an excellent guide to the level of the content expected. The book must be submitted as a word document, correctly outlined, formatted and referenced. A list of references should also be provided with the final product.

**Structure**

The structure will consist of approximately 7 chapters (see attached outline) with multiple levels of sub headings in each chapter. Each sub topic should have 1 or more paragraphs under the corresponding sub-heading. All headings must be outlined in the word document, such that a contents table can be easily generated and updated. Content must be evenly divided between the chapters in the book, though if the writer discovers a certain gravity in a certain area from their research, then obviously this will be an area of focus.

This project should be very straight forwards as the winning bidder will have provided for them a very large amount of content to transpose (about 40,000 words), a detailed structural guide and lots of detailed and relevant reference material. For this reason, a very high standard of structure and detailed content is expected. It must be stressed that independent initiative is still expected from the writer in terms of structure and relevant detail. If something is not in the structural guide or content provided but is relevant then it should be included in the appropriate place. I will reward a good writer very, very well!

**What I will Provide you**

- I will provide you with a detailed outline of the book (attached),which is an excellent guide and represents the absolute minimum level of detail. More detail will be necessary to complete the task as comprehensively as is required.

- I will provide you with (approximately) 7 transcribed interviews (I have completed 5 that I will provide immediately) with high level coaches, which may be used in any way in the text. These must be transposed and converted to a technical writing style, rather than the more colloquial style that they will be provided in. These interviews loosely focus on the main chapters for the book. Each interview will be provided with a description of the content and the corresponding chapters of the book. Again, a level of initiative will be expected of the writer in terms of collating relevant information from multiple sources and transposing segments of the interviews to relevant parts of the book.

- I will provide you with articles I have collected which are secondary resources and must not be plagiarized under any circumstances.

- I will provide you with references to sites that have a high level of content in the form of articles and blogs that also must not be plagiarized under any circumstances
