I am looking for an enthusiastic, literate and tech-savvy administrative/virtual assistant that can help me manage my daily life and accident rehabilitation. You will assist me to stay on top of all my obligations and to follow through on undertaking and completion tasks, projects and communication on an on-going basis. You are fluent in English speaking and writing and are able to compose, review and edit written business communication, documents, research or reports. You have hi-speed Internet access for connectivity, web applications, data entry and are web savvy. You are well organized, constructive, empathetic and patient and have familiarity with MS Office, Google and "getting things done" task management systems, schedule management, communication initiation and follow up.

Preference will be given to candidates who have knowledge of in personal productivity and mindful focus frameworks. This part-time assignment will initially involve regular contact 2 to 3 days per week during which you will review the planning, prioritization, status and next steps of daily life, accident rehabilitation and business tasks and projects for 15 minutes to 1 hour per day. This engagement may be modified and extended.
