Job Overview We are looking for enthusiastic Freelance Marketing Copywriters to work for our Raleigh, N.C. based digital marketing agency. The ideal candidates will be local to the Triangle area but will work remotely. As a Freelance Marketing Copywriter, you will receive assignments from the team on an as needed basis. The team reviews all copywriter content and provides feedback on a regular basis. Freelance Marketing Copywriters should be able to creatively use similar information to create widely engaging, error-free content to be used across multiple channels. An attention to detail, keen-eye, superior proof-reading skills, and proficient execution is needed. Many projects are often being performed at once requiring multi-tasking and seamless transfer between tasks, while providing advantageous contribution to our digital team! As a Freelance Marketing Copywriter, you will: • Have strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills • Produce awesome digital content for our clients • Translate industry jargon into clear & insightful sales copy information • Work on multiple projects with the ability to meet deadlines • Possess effective time-management and attention to detail skills • Bonus points if you have experience writing SEO copy! This is a part-time, contract position. Work site location and hours are flexible. Our team will review your application & request writing samples as needed. Job Requirements: - 5+ years of experience writing in an ad agency or digital agency environment -Experience writing for B2C & digital campaigns -Strong portfolio demonstrating social content, digital ads, and short-form copy
