writer/editor for self improvement website/ezine

I am looking for a editor/freelancer to write edit and manage a website focused on self improvement articles. The objective is to start building a big database of articles of various topics - some ghost written for me, others to be written in the author's name, and the rest to be sourced from free article sources. Apart from building the website, a fortnightly ezine needs to be created that will be emailed to all subscribers. The ezine will contain a small editorial, 2-3 articles, a book review, and a few advertisements interspread in it. I am keen to build a long term relationship for this site. Please bid only if you have excellent grammatical skills, a firm grasp on self improvement writing, and a proven track record in writing motivational and inspirational articles.
