Cottage Rental Web Site

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a web site from scratch to advertise our cottage rental business. The site would be a brochure style site probably about 8 or 10 page. We would like to display a calendar page with an availability list on it, also a form to enable enquiries for dates to be sent to us. No ecommerce. We would like an admin section to enable us to adminster the calendar availability page. Please let me know approximate costs, how you would approach project (ie best technologies to use) and your current porfolio/sites. Thanks
