Print and Product Packaging Design ammendments

I'm in need of a talented graphic designer who can help me create a print design, specifically for product packaging.
The primary task will revolve around:
- Amending packaging concepts during product development phase and using the existing design principals of the brand to develop new packaging for new products within the range.
The ideal candidate should have experience and skills in:
- Print design, especially packaging.
- Proficiency in graphic design software. Illustrator.
- Ability to create unique, eye-catching designs.
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
- Good communication skills and ability to comprehend and implement my design preferences.
