I have to do an application that runs continuously in the background of windows which collect OCR data from a scanner device connected to a PC and send it in real time as a typed text to any forms on the web o any text application like notepad or word etc... This application will call functions as follow : OnLine(1); while(1) { GetMicrCodeline(1, MicrCodeline, 80); // Function to send MicrCodeline to any form or text app as a typed data ; } Please find attached the pdf that contains all functions and its arguments.
