Console communicator C++ & Qt with BSD sockets

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am looking for someone who can write from a scratch or sell me typical project of a simple console communicator written in C++, using Qt with BSD sockets to be implemented that will allow:
- using BSD sockets is A MUST.
- to send a file;
- at least one side of communicator has to handle multiple clients/servers
- at least one side of communicator has to be interactive (i.e. managing application while it's running).
I need this as soon as possible, I need to make sure it will be working without a hiccup, I would like to get a sourcecode within 24 hours from this job posting. Please, be advised - I will need some comments to the actual code.
Please, let me know if you can handle this task and how much would you charge - this is a small project, but I don't want to spend more than 50 bucks on this.
