Get my C++ program working

I've taken one stand-alone component of an open-source GUI project and I'm wanting to make it into a command-line program. It was originally a command-line program in fortran, and someone else converted it into C++, but then they added a GUI which I want to get rid of now.
I've done all the easy parts, but I don't know C++ - someone who understand arrays and can build code needs to help me.
I do not want to pay for someone to learn how to code, so, do NOT bid if you are not already a proficient C++ programmer. This project should take someone who knows what they're doing less than a week. I also never hire anyone who does not fully read my descriptions (too many bots auto-bid!). When you bid, mention in your reply the name of the animal that lives in Australia and moves around by jumping - so I know you read this.
The original command-line program is called "xfoil" - you feed it an input text file, and it prints numbers as output. The converted-from-fortran [login to view URL] code needs to do at least something like that. It almost does now - your job will be to finish it.
bonus: if you can turn this into a perl .xs program complete with binding so I can run this from perl directly - I'm most interested - let me know if that is you!
