Summary I have a program written in VB6 in 2008 which acts as a VOX recorder and records audio from LineIn/Mic while not recording silent pauses from a police scanner, ham radio, commercial radio or mp3 player. I want to update the look of the program to a dark theme and change the visualizations. The program needs to be rewritten in a more modern language. Program consists of one main window, a settings window and an About window. Program must be compiled to run on 32 bit Windows since it is meant to run on newer and older systems. The included image file shows the current program and I created a photoshop mock-up to give you an idea of what I want it changed to.
