I need someone to finish writing a briefing document for my new web site. The brief was already underway, but unfortunately my consultant cant finish it. The briefing document will be used to brief my web designer. The person i am looking for will be familiar to writing specifications and can also do a little graphics work. The brief will need to be finished by weeks end. The briefing document will be created from my notes contained within an excel spreadsheet. Attached a copy of the briefing document to date to give you an idea of the finished product.
