ERP, BPM, CRM solution

I am looking to rapidly expand my business but need help finding the right software, and hardware solutions to run my business. I am currently using [login to view URL] and am happy with it, however I would like to have the data on my own server, and not have to pay per user. I would like all the features that is offered by [login to view URL] as well as a process management BPM system like [login to view URL] all in one solution. The company I am looking to automate is a tax, insurance, and law firm all in one. I am looking for automatic task integration where tasks are auto-assigned when a field is changed, or after a certain amount of time has lapsed. I am also looking to track my employees time each day preforming tasks and assign tasks to employees that are not busy during the day to help increase productivity. Please let me know some software solutions, and costs associated with your bid. I am looking for all the features of [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] in one place with some additional features to integrate during the initial install. I am also looking to use a software like [login to view URL] multi-office solution for my tax software. Let me know if you know of a solution that could integrate the data to and from the ERP/CRM to this software so re-entry of data is not required. I also would like some of the functionality of Open ERP where as it has instant messaging to staff, a great point of sale and accounting functionality, as well as easy to use web interface.
