We are a telco company and we need a call center solution to provide to our customers.
I need a vicidial and CRM integrated solution which is good looking and fairly easy to deploy for several customers.
1. fully whitelabeled solution under my company name
2. the dialer should be integrated to CRM
3. call reporting should be available through CRM since I do not want the customer to see bad looking vicidialer reports
4. agent interface should be good looking, either use go autodialer agent interface and develop on top of it or start from scratch.
5. integrated webRTC is a necessity but can be the second phase.
6. should be installed on a LXC server so a template can be created so we could deploy using our cloud platform for each new customer.
7. should have a script to run if required so new LXC container/server becomes ready for production for the new company
8. good to have a smartphone APP already developed, I've seen some apps that were developed for vtiger. but it's a good to have function rather than necessity
9. there should be a way to push the new versions or bug fixes to all new containers/servers we create such as git, I can setup a gitlab or any other version control system you may require for this.
10. clearly written tutorials on how to get a server on production.
