1) MAIL SCANNER AND PHONE DATA IMPORT TASK: rename (existing) fields in seccion “contacto principal” and include in mail scanner / phone import I already created the necessary fields but please rename some of then so it looks better … the yellow ones are phone fields (for import) and the green ones are email fields .. Just saw that there could be one more of each!!! I will add later Contacto principal Contacto Principal LORENA ALVARADO C1 anexo 0 C1 Fono 3367000 C1 mail1 email C1 Celular 2222 C1 mail2 email Contacto 2 C2 anexo 0 C2 fono 22222 C2 mail1 email C2 Celular 22222 C2 mail2 email Contacto 3 C3 anexo 0 C3 Fono 22222 C3 mail1 email C3 Celular 22222 C3 mail2 email Contacto Cobranza Mail Cobranza email Fono Cobranza 22222 Anexo Cobranza 0   2) ADD TWO CUSTOM FIELDS IN ADMIN HISTORY add in admin history two addional fields no of incoming mails and date last incoming mail last 30 days .. its because it is very easy to place calls or send mails .. but it will not meen that customer recieved or reacted really   3) SEARCH FUNCCION NOT WORKING CORRECTLY TASK: allow search function if possible for all users .. if searching the hole data base is to slow: we could limit search to ORGANISATIONS and all phone and email fields, organisation name, and maybe some others to be specified .. this would be very helpful to find customers records by name pone domain and tax ID --- currently seems only to search in org name?? By the way there is a feature I would like to be able to use but will not work: its about search .. sometimes I have to search for emails, phones or other but there is never a search result available .. even if the text or mail or number I am looking for is present in any field
