Have Zoho CRM (Zoho One) and required assistance to set up additional functionality:
1. Creation of Form for Contacts/Leads to capture key information (basic data such as first name, last name, business name, nature of enquiry, phone #, email, post code)
2. A FB site for business has already been set up - need FB Insights integrated to Zoho CRM, such that clicks on an advert within FB take the user to the form with additional information (to self qualify) and subsequent form completion.
3. The completed form should result in the following actions:
a. updating Zoho CRM, contacts/leads
b. email the information to a Zoho User with a modified subject line depending on post code number (a list of post codes (many) and corresponding subject line text options (x 4) will need to be set up).
