Hi, I need a developer / designer to create a small comic website using any technology or framework in PHP (Laravel, Codeigniter or any other). It should have a control panel (backend) with very basic options that can be developed with Bootstrap or any other technology that is easier for it and is compatible with PHP.
The important thing about the project is that the required specifications are met.
It must be two language, (English and Spanish)
