Improve Keras/Tensorflow CPU / CUDA code

I need a programmer who is experienced in implementing CUDA Tensorflow/Keras codes. My current code only uses 10 to 20% of the GPU / CPU. I need the programmer to enhance my current code and create two versions of the code by introducing: 1) Multi Thread CPU Version: Multi Thread CPU execution using Keras/Tensorflow or Pytorch. I expect the coder's version of the code to use 100% of the CPU. 2) CUDA GPU Version: GPU execution using Keras/Tensorflow or Pytorch. I expect the coder's version of the code to use 100% of the GPU. Please Note: I expect the programmer to show that his version of the code is faster than mine and the Multi Thread CPU version of the code uses 100% of the CPU and similarly, the CUDA GPU version of the code uses 100% of the GPU. Kindly note that if the programmer is unable to enhance my current code, the project will be terminated without any payments. The data files required to run the python code will be provided after the project has been awarded. The python code has been attached along with this project. Complete codes has to be uploaded on Freelancers website with working demonstration has to be shown for payments to be released.
