A custom made theme fit to the looks I want.

I would like a theme that works on phones, tablets, and computers on Tumblr. I would also like the ability to fully customize the theme needed. Ex) tell the background I want and you would incorporate it into the design. The ability to link to my YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram. The design I have in mind is a grid layout theme.
