We have been operating for nearly 10 years and have many loyal guests who return to us time after time to come for a sailing experience (e.g. sunset cruises). I am wanting to design and implement a loyalty program which I can roll out to all our guests.
1. Cool name for the rewards program (e.g. like a frequent flyer but a nautical version)
2. Structure of the loyalty program. E.g. suggestions of reward at different levels of spend or you could even convert the spend into "miles". E.g. $500 spend = 50 miles equates to 10% discount. Next 10 miles spend free cap, etc etc etc). Maximum discount available 25%.
Phase 2: (not included in this project but could be based on satisfactory performance of phase 1):
1. Launch plan (to include email marketing, social media and website and any other ideas)
2. Content for email marketing
3. Content for website
4. Content for social media
5. Suggestion of how to manage
