Hi! Elanation is a sports technology startup company. We have a mobile app and a sports watch for kids that inspire independent learning, experimentation and endless hours of physical play. The company is looking for a customer support assistant to manage the company's customer support enquiries and retail relations. Must have excellent written and oral English speaking skills. Starting ASAP 1 day per week. 20$/h. Must be located in Sydney, Australia and have a working permit. Tasks include: - Replying to customer enquiries through email, Facebook - Contacting retail store managers across Rebel sport - Inspecting any product returns and writing reports - Other administration level duties Requirements: - Highly organised individual - Attention to detail - Customer-oriented - Friendly and patient - Experience working independently and in a team environment - Previous customer service experience an advantage We're a fun team with offices located between Kings Cross Train station and Town Hall.
