Experienced customer support worker for long term project - Easter time zone

We are looking for an experience customer support representative to work in eCommerce shop trading within New Zealand and Australia. Please consider a time zone when you bid.
You will be supporting by phone and chat.
Candidates from Philippines are welcomed.
Volume of project:
1 - 6 days a week - Monday to Saturday.
2 - 12 hours per shift
3 - 10-15 calls and 10 - 15 chat request per shift
Requirements:
- Excellent support skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Near to native speaking English language level
If you also master French, Spanish, German or Italian it will be as an extra asset.
We do 1 week training before you start working.
The work volume is small which means you can handle this project with others you have at this moment.
