Summary: CEO and founder of a spa startup who works from home/co-working space - is looking for a Personal Assistant. Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, ability to anticipate needs, work independently and prioritize workload are required. Management of calendar, event and travel coordination
Assistance with social media posts
**Assistance with spa operations - coordination, appointments, marketing
Personal errands and support/home office assistance

BA degree and/ or college classes (Business Admin./Marketing or English major preferred - not required)
2-3 years of experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media platforms: IG, FB, Twitter, (Constant Contact/Mailchimp/ WordPress/ blogs preferred)
Customer support/service experience
Event coordination support
Professionalism, adaptable and self-starter with a positive attitude.
Technical: Google Suite/ Google Slides, Microsoft Suite/PowerPoint
