Set up a Flutter Dart frontend team for us

Are you an expert Flutter for mobile and Dart for web apps developer? Can you use GraphQL client and SQLite for local data storage? The keyword is EXPERT. Help us set up a team of 3-4 developers from anywhere in the world that you can work, guide, teach, supervise and make sure they produce high quality, secure, maintainable code that complies with coding convention. We don't need to see your past project/s, but will give you a moderately difficult mobile screen to code to test your skills.
