Convert Exams to HTML updated

Project Description: We have about 15 exams that need to imported into our [login to view URL] Exam contains 50 questions (Except for English that has 100 questions) We have a database schema that we set up and have created a template Excel sheet using that schema. I have attached the template and excel file for entering data as well as one of the exams (mathematics) that will be used There are 5 exams per each subject. Please note the following: Each Sheet in the Excel file is a different table in the database. All data must be entered using HTML to imitate the way it is set-up on the exam sheet (e.g. bold, italics, subscripts etc) For formulas and images that can not be represented easily with html you will need to create an image to represent the formula and reference them in the text part of the table. Image file names should have the following format: MODULEID_MODULENAME_QUESTION#[login to view URL] e.g. : [login to view URL] Each exam must have its own images folder labeled with the following syntax: MODULEID_MODULENAME eg 01_Physics2001 Please make sure maintain id's and references to them. We need to finish this project urgently as we would like to start using the data next week. You must be willing send us each exam at a time as often and as quickly as possible. We would prefer teams as opposed to individuals because of the volume. When submitting your bid please send a message with a sample of how you would represent the attached image.
