I need a TEAM of Cantonese speakers who will work WITH me to find thousands of pages in which you will post my link. I have the access to which sites you will be visiting. Your job is to visit these sites and basically spam forums with my links, comment blogs with my link, etc. on unwatched territory that has already become a link farm.

I will pay you 4 dollars for every back link created for the targeted site, despite PR. This should reach atleast 600.

There needs to be a team of workers, because it is a lot of work.

That is my budget. 4 Dollars for every link shown up in Google.
