Microsoft Access 2010 Guru required to create project with pivot charts

We require an experienced Microsoft Access guru to create a simple project in which we can record decimal amounts each month for a list of users, and then render the information in pivot charts on a per user / overall basis – showing the calculated averages, and cumulative totals each month.
The table of data is currently in Excel format, and will be supplied when the project is awarded. Data recorded in the spreadsheet is formatted with ‘First Name’ ‘Last Name’ in the left hand column (A), then amounts recorded against each name per month. With each amount are two text fields that could be populated from a lookup table.

The data set we have represents approximately 90 users, and 24 months of data. The following forms will be required as part of the project:-
> Create / Edit User
> Add / Amend Payment method
> Enter / Amend Payments for a given month.
Pivot charts are required to show the cumulative total from the table presented with a calculated average for each user.
When this project is completed, there will be possible extensions awarded to render the information in PDF reports for each user.
