Virtual Assistant HR & Business Brokering

Immediate start - good level of variety, exciting VA work. Experienced VA wanted! We are a start up company in HR and busienss brokering industry. Must have excellent English and communicating (written and verbal) skills. You'll get to work on a variety of projects, a summary of which is provided below. The first project needs to be completed by Close of Business on Monday. Need you to compile approximately 10 word documents (3-5 pages each) that provide answers to a workshop on employee engagement into one word document, and identify the top 3 topics, per business area and overall. Should be a good fast job for the right person. Should take between 2-3 hours at the most and we'll need you to keep track of your time. Should you do well at this then we will be interested in looking at other work on a longer term agreement with a set amount of hours/projects a week. Please advise your bid for the long term work. Work to commence immediately. We are looking for efficient good quality work - and we can provide lots of good work in exchange. HR Work (approx 10-15 hours a week minimum to start) - Writing up of policies and reports (using our software) - Sending out client questionaires and using our software to develop reports - Data Entry and Database administration - HR reports - Internet Research - Responding to client email queries - Writing up training presentations and manuals (interactive including use of video clips, pictures etc to get the point across) - Writing flowcarts for procedures Business Brokering work (approx 5 hours a week - could be more) - same as a real estate VA (need to have experience in this field). - Information Memorandums, creating a list of standard procedures in the process - advertisements - contacting leads and providing them with the relevant information and other long term VA work as required (eg travel planning, Christmas card lists etc)
