Virtual Assistant for Data Entry / Sales / PM

I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to manage incoming calls and emails, advise clients, and help me stay on top of all of my obligations.
Your responsibilities:
- Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs
- Research using the Internet or other information databases
- Contact clients and submit applications and quotations
- Manage projects with our team of developers
- Contact clients
- Email management and Skype communication
- Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online
Your qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred
- Experience as a project manager or sales representative
- Previous work with web development tasks or team
- Ability to assess effort, time and cost
- Broadband Internet connection
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must
- Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects
- Ability to meet deadlines
Our budget is strictly limited to 2-4 USD per hour! More after test project! If you fit to our team you will additionally earn on commission.
