Virtual Assistant Required

I am looking for an intelligent and dedicated Virtual Assistant, with excellent attention to detail. Examples of tasks that will be required are: - Internet research - Making bookings and reservations (both online and over the phone) - Adding appointments to my Google Calendar - Managing my Gmail account (from time to time) - Basic data entry The successful applicant must have well developed English skills (both written and verbal), good time management skills and excellent attention to detail. Some tasks will require phone calls to be made to Australia, so the successful applicant must have the ability to make calls to Australian telephone numbers. Most communication with the successful applicant will be via email (this is how I will most commonly assign tasks), so the successful applicant must have email access and excellent email skills. I would like this Virtual Assistant to get to know my life (addresses, people in my life, significant dates etc.) and begin to anticipate tasks ahead of time. I want to be able to trust the Virtual Assistant with my personal information. Obviously, both of these things will take time. This Virtual Assistant will be paid $20AUD a month for up to 4 hours work. This payment will be made regardless of how many hours are worked (with a maximum of 4 hours). For example, if you only do half an hours work in one month - you'll be paid $20AUD, if you do 4 hours work in one month - you'll be paid $20AUD. It is not anticipated that you would consistently be working 4 hours per month, it is more than likely that you will be working less (but be paid the $20AUD regardless). The Virtual Assistant job will initially be for a trial period of 3 months. I am interested in Internet Technology, Programming and GIS, so knowledge and/or experience in these will be an advantage, but not required.
