The candidate is responsible for all aspects of operating our custom-built solution for our customers.. The candidate needs to follow all protocols and procedures established. Also, the candidate will obtain experience working on a variety of projects in these areas: Office Management Marketing Major Duties and Responsibilities: Receive & secure packages and communicate with delivery companies live through our application solution Communicate with customers through phone, app or via email Make service calls Provide Help Desk support The successful candidate must have: Associates degree or higher Strong communication skills and able to answer high volume of calls Very organized Multi-tasking skills that result in task completion Computer skills including but not limited to: Microsoft Windows
