ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE !!!!

We have an immediate opening for a full-time front desk receptionist. Please SUBMIT your resume and a brief description about yourself to be considered- thank you!

Job Duties:

· Answer and Route Phone Calls

· Process mail

· Organize office functions and flow of communication

· Maintain office supplies

· Maintain a tidy front office, reception, and conference room

· Operate and trouble shoot office equipment

· Office support to the team across all departments

· Gather and process water meter readings

· Deliver messages

· Process priority mailings

· Other functions as the team needs

· Assist the HR manager as needed

· Assist in payroll distribution

· Assist in the care of the office cats

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Hardworking Professional

· Strong multitasking ability

· Strong organizational skills

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Strong ability to maintain confidentially of Company and personal information.

· Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of all Microsoft Products

· Effective communication skills with all levels of employees and management

· Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language

· Ability to read, speak, and understand Spanish language preferred

· Demonstrated experience working in a customer focused role
