This task requires individual data collection efforts. Step 1: Review the attached lists AND search the internet on your own to find the NAMES, PHONE NUMBERS, EMAIL ADDRESSES of mayors and Chief Administrative Officer. Be sure to include each MUNICIPALITY NAME, CITY and PROVINCE. Start by using websites like [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (page 26 onward) [login to view URL] These site tell you what municipalities exist in each Province, but do not tell you how to contact the Mayor or CAO. You will need to search the mayor and CAO of each (on google) to find a direct contact email. For example: The BC website lists info@[login to view URL] as the main contact (This is wrong) if you Google search "Pitt Meadows BC mayor" on google you will find a link [login to view URL] which provides the "City's Deputy Corporate Officer at 604.465.2411 or kelrick@pittmeadows.ca." (This is correct) Step 2: All of this information must be sorted into an excel document similar to the one attached "EXAMPLE LAYOUT" Note: Municipalities sometimes use INFO@[login to view URL] or 311@[login to view URL] or CONTACT@Example.com. I can not use these addresses. The Address must be for a specific name or title. For example: [login to view URL]@[login to view URL] or Mayor@[login to view URL] is a good.
