-If you meant must be cleared of criminal charges, then yes, if not then nope.

-Definitely can sustain 40wpm and go over it if needed.

-I've interacted with many different kinds of people while working for Customer Care.
6) Excellent communication and presentation skills
-I'm not really sure about the excellence needed in the communication part or the presentation skills, please clarify on this, my take is you want to be able to contact me whenever you need and as far as the presentation, I need to deliver things on time right? Correct me if I'm mistaken.
7) Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
-If you've ever worked in Customer Service, this one will come with experience.
