1) Must be fluent in communication and English -I've worked for at least 3 years as a Customer SErvice Rep for AT&T's Tech support team. 2) Must have a clear criminal charges -If you meant must be cleared of criminal charges, then yes, if not then nope. 3) Must be atleast 40wpm average -Definitely can sustain 40wpm and go over it if needed. 4) Must be above 18years -How does 25 sound? 5) Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters -I've interacted with many different kinds of people while working for Customer Care. 6) Excellent communication and presentation skills -I'm not really sure about the excellence needed in the communication part or the presentation skills, please clarify on this, my take is you want to be able to contact me whenever you need and as far as the presentation, I need to deliver things on time right? Correct me if I'm mistaken. 7) Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively -If you've ever worked in Customer Service, this one will come with experience.
