I am looking for a full-time VA to help with my real estate business.

** Responsibilities Include **

Screening buyer & seller leads daily

Addressing, stamping, and stuffing batches of 100 mailers on a regular basis

Running comparable sales and determining value

Understanding my buying criteria & recommending a course of action

Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls (I’ll provide the call script)

Coordinating paperwork and closings
