DATA ENTRY CLERK
$15-25 USD / hour
I need a Data Entry with attention to details to help with online stores. Good English is a must. This person must be a quick learner, someone who is attentive to details, understands setting project priorities & someone who can multitask, help with some product listings, coordinate teams & provide deliverables and support that is timely and with quality
Preferred Skill & Requirements
• Passionate about positive customer service experiences and outcomes.
• 1+ year of Customer Service experience or a comparable position.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, and numerical).
For this position we need someone who is extremely reliable and has good problem solving skills. Being able to “turn on” the helpful, patient and upbeat part of your personality for all customer Service
About the job:
This is a long-term project opportunity. We invest in our employees so that you can take excellent care of our customers. We have done a great job of creating a fun and supportive team environment, even though we all work in different places around the world. Once hired, you will participate in a 2-week paid training program with your managers to familiarize you with our website, customer issues, and proper procedures. Even though you will be working remotely, you will never be alone. After training you will still be in constant contact with other representatives and your manager through instant messenger, or Phone during the regular work day. We also set aside time for daily and weekly meetings.
