ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Compiles, sorts and copies documents, such as invoices, audit documentation, and any related correspondence substantiating business transactions.
Posts details of business transactions, such as receipts and invoices into data system.
Audits for compliance of Gaming Internal Control and Revenue Reporting and Regulations.
Filing of documents.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be computer literate; with experience in Word for Windows and Excel. Must be able to use a calculator and perform 10-key by touch.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
Must be at least 20 years of age.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
