I need spreadsheets made for each of the following forms: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I have uploaded a sample of what is required, both in spreadsheet and PDF for visual understanding. The example that is uploaded represents page 1 of the FL100 form. The methodology is that each cell (form field) that is to be filled out requires a cell_ID number - only cells get an ID. Titles and labels do not, unless they are on the same line as the cell. Labels are the text that is before and/or after the cell. Sections are the areas that are bordered away from other information on the page. In the example, page 1 had six (6) sections, page 2 would start with section 7. Sections, and cells (form fields) are counted from left-to-right, from the top-down. I require one spreadsheet for each form, or they can be pages inside a workbook. Must be a compatible file with MS Excel and Google Sheets. I am looking for a capable freelancer to start immediately. Please let me know if you have any questions.
