Data Entry needed for Higher Ed company

We are looking to give someone a list of every college and university in the United States and have them find the Title IX Coordinator and Deputy Coordinators at the school to create a contact list, as well as fill in a few other columns including first name, last name, job title, email, phone number, Title IX website, etc. We have it divided by state currently and would be working on a state by state basis. Most base lists are created, we may ask down the line for help building the list as well. May include far and few between calls to ask the institution for contact information,
