Document Typing (from scanned pages) URGENT

We have some scanned documents/books from a car club tat need to be retyped into word files.
Mixture of images and text, although around 85% of the book content is text.
What we do need
- We need the text retyped for the stories about each year event and family.
- We need the tables set up just in a basic format with the information presented clearly and easiy for us to format.
- Just a plain text like calibri with each section marked as a level 1 heading. The book does not need any other formatting as this will be done by our end. Just a paragragh space in between in each paragraph is about all it needs.
- Someone to upload each section as its completed - we would be happy to pay a small milestone base don each document.
- Someone that can complete this today
What we DONT need
- We DO NOT need any of the newspaper articles retyped
- We DO NOT need any of the photo credits, information detailing whats in each photo included.
- Weird formatting and borders that make the test impossible to use
- Work full of spelling errors and typos that are so bad it takes us hour to edit and fix it
- We don't need the images included
- Extra spaces between words. (The last person had ALOT of double spaces between words and its taking us hours to fix what they have completed)
Just need text only and does not need to be in same format as it current is. It can be typed as headings and text in a standard font such as Arial and you can disregard all images

I have included an EXAMPLE of how basic i need the information and an example of one of the sections to write up. The actual files will be provided to the winning bidder on a DROPBOX link.
This is urgent, as i have been let down badly by another freelancer who has done an awful job of what they have completed and not delivered part of the work.
I need someone that can complete this work today and that will complete each section and upload it as they go.
